General McChrystal's out; Kevin Rudd's replaced by Julia Gillard; the US team makes it into the second round of the World Cup… the lead stories on the TV news tonight? Oh, a local criminal investigation into a two-year old fire, a local shooting — what else? TV news, such an easy target.
